I am having the same issue.Applied AP online on 1/10/11.Got receipt no and Application as PDF.I have the Receipt no and sent all supporting document with LINXXXXXXXX no.But I have been trying to add the case no to my profile and it says not found.I am not sure what can I do or wait for more days.

And there were two people last month here who had theirs brought down to EB3 from EB2 (inspite of having an I-140 notice that said EB2)! Got them more than a month to rectify that.

Remember to point it out at FP, and they will also ask you to phone USCIS and correct it. You could phone USCIS first, and then you might find that FP has it already corrected in the computer.
Once USCIS update it they will send you a letter to say that they made a change to the file, this is just FYI.
My wife's DoB had a typo. It was spotted at FP office.
Of course I am assuming some obvious typo, not a FP notice for Jim Smith and your name is Ramkrishnan Singh. :-)
or Ramakrishnan Bhatti. LOL.. that example was hilarious. (reddy, murthy, prasad) would have been closer.

My Husband�s priority date is Oct 2003 (EB3). My Employer is willing to start for GC in EB2. Can We use my husband�s EB3 Oct 2003 priority date ?

A hypothetical, but important debate on worst case scenario in changing job using AC21

Assume changing jobs using AC21 has some risk, debate is what is that risk. I am not expecting response like pack up and leave back to home country as I already know that. I am interested serious debate from people who used AC21 and bought houses and simulated in American culture and have family reasons to stay in US.
Lets assume USCIS send some RFE and rejected 485 that new job was not same or similar. Now -
a) How many days I have to leave country ?
b) After the rejection of adjustment of status how many days I have to wrap up my current job or I must leave it same day when rejection letter received from USCIS ?
b) After those number of days can one acquire visitor's visa for up to six months to pack up stuff, house and family on the ground of rejection of adjustment of status?
c) Can one change status to some non immigrant visa such as new H-1B or F-1 by traveling back and reentering to USA ?
d) After the rejection of adjustment of status can one still port priority date in a new green card processing ?
f) I am also interested to hear feedback on what one can do to mitigate the risk of Ac21(I already know that use attorney's advise when changing job or donot change the job)

Asked if the session would be billed as a summit or a forum, like similar meetings on health care and fiscal responsibility earlier in the year, another official said, "This isn�t a forum or a summit with outside groups, this is solely a meeting with members of Congress on both sides of the aisle and both sides of the issue."
Another aide said about possible labels for the meeting: "I don't know that we're going to brand this in any particular way."
During a meeting in March with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, Obama promised to host a public event on immigration, as POLITICO reported at the time. The New York Times reported last month that officials said the session would take place in May, but POLITICO reported yesterday that the timetable seemed to have slipped. As a side note, seems like the writers have sort of given up already on his last year of his presidency as the entire speech was rather mundane. In a troubled time for the entire country with the economy down, house market bust, recession looming, he chose to highlight the past and glorify to garner legacy.
Will it be a year of inaction? I hope not, lets us do our bit by supporting efforts of IV.

I also have the same status. I think it has to do with finger printing when had filed for 485 during July 2007. My status is like that since Dec 2007 .Nothing has changed after that for me..
